How does the group with the coaches work?

You get a WhatsApp group with your main coach (running, strength and methodology).

Every coach involved in your case has access to the same information: your adjustments, aches, upcoming races and requests.

That way no one is out of sync.

How does the initial video call work?

As soon as you join, the coach calls you for a 15- to 30-minute conversation.

In that conversation we align goals, routine, aches and how you prefer to communicate.

It's also where we build trust and make clear how we'll work together.

Is it only for performance athletes?

No. Go On serves every level and profile:

Trail beginners: you come from the road or are starting from scratch. We adapt to your real routine and introduce technique progressively.

Experienced runners seeking progress: you already have a base but feel a generic plan no longer works. Here training is weekly and specific.

Post-injury: you're coming back safely. We work on targeted strength, controlled progression and constant feedback.

High-performance athletes: you have a heavy calendar and chase maximum results. This includes race strategy, periodization and close follow-up.

Common profile: a city professional who trains during the week and wants to arrive ready for the mountain on the weekend.

Are workouts released once a month?

Workouts are released weekly (Running and Strength).

Only the plan billing is monthly. Your workouts are organized every week, based on your feedback and how the previous sessions went. At the end of the week it's reviewed, discussed and then released for the following week.

How does the coaching work? Are the workouts personalized?

Yes! You get new workouts every week in the app (Treinus for running, MFIT for strength). At first we run tests to understand your level, set your training zones and define the strategy. Then, every week you send feedback on WhatsApp and the coach adjusts the next block based on your response. It's real coaching, not automated.

Is there an in-person base?

No, we're 100% online. We meet in person at Brazil's major races and at our Camp in Serra do Cipó (4 days of trail immersion over the Corpus Christi holiday).

Do I need a gym to do the strength workouts?

No. We adapt the workouts to what you have: bands, dumbbells, a barbell, or just bodyweight. It works because Go On's strength methodology delivers performance gains regardless of equipment.

Can I train for trails while living in a city?

Yes! 65% of our team trains in the city from Monday to Friday and hits the trails on weekends. Go On's methodology was designed exactly for this: you build performance training in the park/road during the week and enjoy the trail on the weekend already prepared.

Do I have access to the coach for technical questions whenever I want?

Yes, every day of the week. Your dedicated coach answers questions, guides your training and asks for your feedback each week to release the next block. It's your right to request support whenever you need it.

Can I cancel whenever I want? Is there a minimum term?

Recurring plans: cancel whenever you want, but notice must come before the next charge (e.g. if you joined on the 20th, cancel by the 19th to avoid being charged again).

Do you offer training targeted at specific races?

Yes! You tell us your target race (La Mision, UTMB, Indomit, Jaraguá, any race in Brazil or the world) and 100% of the preparation is geared toward you performing at your best on the day. We're present in 20 countries.

Can I pay with Pix?

No, all plans run on credit card. Recurring (monthly) plans are charged normally to your card, without blocking your limit. If you cancel, billing stops the following month.
